FREESKIER is searching for a highly enthusiastic, outgoing individual to fill the role of Account Executive. Successful candidates will be skilled communicators with previous sales experience, that are comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced environment.

Utilizing FREESKIER’s print, digital, social and e-newsletter properties, you’ll develop, pitch and sell campaigns that provide high engagement for brands, growing meaningful partnerships with new and existing clients. You’ll maintain an open dialogue with clients, provide excellent customer service, track the performance of each campaign and make adjustments wherever necessary.

In addition to managing clients, you’ll collaborate with other team members, travel to work on FREESKIER projects, attend various industry events/trade shows and be a full-time ambassador for the FREESKIER brand. We want somebody who THINKS BIG. We’re looking for a creative self-starter who’s supremely organized, skilled at time management and ready to pitch in and help wherever necessary.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Manage a client list while providing consistently excellent customer service
  • Prospect and manage a pipeline of potential new clients
  • Clearly establish objectives and priorities for clients and develop integrated plans to meet these goals
  • Think outside the box to build creative partnerships
  • Monitor execution of all client-related projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Track campaign results and create reports
  • Assist in coordinating and producing FREESKIER events
  • Visit clients, attend meetings and trade shows
  • Be a full-time ambassador of the FREESKIER brand

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of sales experience with proven track record
  • Working knowledge of the ski/snow/outdoor industry
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the current media landscape
  • Experience with MagHub or similar CRM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Comfortable with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Software
  • Previous experience working with agencies is a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Manager is a plus

Compensation, expectations:

  • Commensurate with experience
  • Hours: 40+ hours a week, full-time
  • Location: Boulder/Denver, CO — In-person with hybrid/remote opportunities
